Mussels are one of the seafood most common in Galicia. They are cultivated in the multiple floating rafts that exist along the Galician laughs. The rafts have ropes that fall submerged to the bottom of the sea and to which the mussels adhere. In this way, a product of great quality and size is achieved..
That's why, At Conservas Daporta we only use Galician mussels from our estuaries.
Elaboration
Los pickled mussels are made according to our traditional recipe. For it, we select them personally, we clean and cook. Canning is done in the traditional way, placing them by hand one by one.
